Food Diary - Veggies Stir Fry and Sauteed Tuna

Hello hello.

How is everyone doing so far? I am more than excited to make a log for this. This is a post for the third iftar's menu. Please take a look below.

This evening's menu, I made a veggies stir fry (with sliced carrots, broccoli, champignon and sausages), garlic-sauteed tuna, and regular white rice. As for the beverage, I made a cocopandan drink with sliced lemon and apple cubes for added nutrition.

I was honestly happy with how the stir fried veggies turnt out. So colourful and healthy! I love it when my food is naturally colourful, in terms of arrangement or ingredients.

This set is so easy to make and packed with nutritions especially given the situation, you have to be creative and resourceful in a nation-wide quarantine. You gotta be clever with your food inventory, schedule, nutrition  and all. You don't wanna put your health into jeopardy but also you gotta make-do so often with what you have. So I try to always have dishes from natural produces as much as I can. I make a lot of soup and stir fries for my veggies daily intake, easy and quick.

What's your favourite quarantine cooking tips that you do or discovered so far? Would love to learn them too!
