Midterm, Thor: The Dark World, and more updates

So I was done with my last exam yesterday. It was Communication Theory. Well, I wont scratch much on it, but then I went to see something good in the movie just for a post-midterm entertainment. I went to see it with a very good friend that I thought wouldnt want to keep me company to satisfy my inner Marvel-fangirl. He was cool. We talked about literally a lot of things on our way there.

We actually took off from campus at like10AM but unfortunately had to struggle (well, technically he did the driving so thanks to him) with the traffic jams in a lot of points. In a moment, which is an hour, we got there at around 11-somethingAM. Considering that he would have a meeting at 4PM, we rushed for a ticket and we got one for 12PM shift. We walked around a little bit just to waste some minutes and back again with a jumbo caramel popcorn and some cold mineral water.

Long story short, the movie was great. Typical Marvel. Or much more likely said that way cause I am a fangirl (which is surprisingly the same with that friend I went with). The plot twists were somehow brilliant and mind provoking but some of them were way too surprising I had to be like "whaaaa..." when I saw it. Kinda absurd, but still great. Loki's character was so much interesting there. OH! And do stay in your seat till the very end of its credits. A spoiler for the next Marvel movie is there and you've got to see it.

All in all, I'll give it 8 out of 10. Very entertaining but lacked some details that left us, the audience, puzzled and hung.

For example, the part where Lady Sif showed Thor her obvious affection that actually kinda told us that she's into him and thatm there should've been something more to be explained about it and not just an offer for a drink in a party or just an intense gaze or scenes like that. The appearance of Jane Foster in this movie felt like a total useless and clingy love interest that made her look like the bad guy for standing between Lady Sif and Thor. Not my favorite. Another example is, so many unnecessary lines and characters being shown there that, again, made those unexplained well and sort of just a one-liner/one-scener thing. They could've developed that more actually but I guess it's about the time limit/duration maybe I dont know. Darcy got way too much lines here? I guess? Well in the first movie, Darcy gave a proper portion of humour during all the serious depressing moments, but in this movie she was just given too much part only to mock or make fun or comment on something. Which wasnt entirely bad, it was just starting to be more like a funny movie instead of a superhero movie. But on another hand, Darcy looked a lot more interesting (and prettier!) than Jane. Seriously, Jane Foster's character needs more development for being so boring.

And the movie was over, we decided to take a stroll a little bit before heading back to the car. Met some friends too there coincidentally. I had a good time. I definitely did.

eating a fuckin bowl of popcorn seriously what the hell Blitz

By the way, done with Thor and my midterm. Have I told you guys that I cut my hair short? Well, I did. It's been around 3 weeks and I'm loving it! Take a look.

Anywhooo moving on to another topic, I love taking random pictures in and from my car. I usually have my camera, or my ipod/ipad, and phone at a reachable spots in my car so that it would be easy for me to capture stuff that I think interesting. Although in the end it is most likely my own selfies (let's skip that part for now), I managed to capture this the other day.
it says: real men use three pedals
I was waiting for the traffic light to turn green, and this car happened to be in front of me. As a longtime non-automatic car driver, the sticker speaks to me. Booooyeah.
